This is going to be w regular thing. Every thursday we are going to do a quick warm up and probably one set and then we are going to play water polo for the rest of practice. Playing was pretty intense, we didn't really know the rules so we just played get the ball in the makeshift goal. There was a professional water polo player there with us though and I hope next week he starts to teach us how to really play.

4800 meters: Oh my, an extra 1000 meters was a lot. I have never even swam close to that amount before but I better get used to it cause I have heard that we get up to 8000 meters by the end of the season.
