This is our final workout before out state class meet. We did a 400 workout where they progressively got faster and then ended with the last one being all out. For the first half of them our recovery was walk a hundred jog a hundred, the second half we walked a hundred and jogged a three hundred. Then the second that we finished the last one we had to do 30 pushups without a break.
