Orienteering (QBIII) 14:18 [3] 2.4 km (5:57 / km)

No troubles here. Only would have changed two things about my run, i) wouldn't have run around an extra building that i didn't have to, ii) on my way back across the road probably wouldn't have come back through the finish, however the plus side was i didn't need to navigate through the buildings because i had come through that way before. Loved the flat course

Went to the physio today to see what was causing my back so much pain. The diagnosis was:

i have scoliosis in my lower back due to the pulling of the left muscle and the slack of the right. This has been caused from a growth spurt in my right thigh bone which has grown about 2cm longer than my left. As a result my pelvis has rotated backward in an attempt to shorten the right leg, which it has by about 1cm.

My growth plates are still active and the other leg should catch up within 3-6 months. Physio recommended i do minimal running, and ice skating?? and come back to see him every month.

1 lap warm down and then stretching. Knees are aching a bit and used a heat pack which made them feel better for a while.
Going to the physio on friday so might ask about them too.
