Mörlialp Duathlon - first part: running in the area around Giswil. tried to not start too fast, what is difficult when running in 2nd to the last position. But it payed off and I could pass some runners later on.

Again got passed by three bikers in the beginning, but overtook two of them again and two more towards the end.
