shoes: VJ Integrator high

Collombey-Muraz-Monthey
nice forest and course.
Did not feel good - coughing quite heavy.
Instead of doing nothing started DAK and took it as easy as possible.
Did mistakes even with this low speed:
- 3' to 10
- 1' to 5
- 30" to 1 and 2

Sprint Race Lausanne, DAL 15/25
- 30" mistake to nr. 6
- 15" wrong route to 12
quite pleased with my race, but my lungs hurt afterwards. Not a good idea to run full speed with a cold.

Le Bouveret - nice and tricky. DAL 10/16

1) run around which was a good idea, because the others who went direct got stuck in the green where it was white on the map (map from 2011)

30" to 3, 7, 11, 12 and 16 each

4) 3' mistake: searched after passing one path instead of two - one day I have to go back to scool to learn how to count ...

For this forest 5x30" are ok for me; only the 3' mistake should not happen - it felt like 5'
