Learned a lot, now I have to exercise.

With Mikee, Stef, Martin and Markus
Quite tough to put enough pressure to get grip for pushing. Next time I'll take beginners skis.

St. Moritz - Pontresina via Alp da Staz.
Hiked the uphills and had to balance between not aching bronchia and not freezing.
Perhaps not a good idea for my physical health, but defenitely necessary for the mental health.
