very steep terrain with bad runability.
Again happy with my race, although I had some more mistakes than yesterday.

Very nice weather and views. I liked the stony terrain, which was nevertheless good runable in some parts. Had a very good feeling, saw everything I wanted and the controls came where I expected them. Really happy with that race!

The gondola had a problem, so we could decide to queueu for more than an hour, or hike down from Schwarzsee to Furi.
We did the hiking, which was 750m downhill

Was very tired - not only in my legs but also in the head. Had to walk a lot and did mistakes. Mentally not recovered from yesterdays fall.

From Blauherd with the gondola up to the Unterrothorn
From there down to Zermatt.
Had a bad fall, but was very lucky to get away with only a hurting shoulder and a cut at my forehead.

Easy and fast runnable.
some wobbles to 3, 7 and 17 but no real mistakes.
Though: very good run, but I loose a lot on the uphills (4, 14, 18)

1500m downhill from Gornergrat to Zermatt with Rolf, Sabine and mikee. Don't count more than 1h, because it was only downhill.
unfortunately Rolf broke his collarbone, hope he is getting well soon.

Swiss-O-Week E2 - Stafelalp - D35 (17/56)
Had a good run.
~3' mistake in total is ok but because it was not too difficult, it is also too much for a very good run.

- very good till nr. 5
- to 6 my attackpoint was the depression and I thougt to be there when I was at the recess above it. Headed to the wrong control and searched mine for about 2'
- to 7 I went out to the path, because I thought that I could run better, but it was not worth it for the short distance and I lost about 15"
- 8 and 9 were easy and uphill -> slow
- 10: good
- 11: probably not the best possible route (45")
- 12 - finish: easy and tough -> slow
