Swiss Relay Champs - Stierenberg - D110 with Regula & Judith

Did the start-leg. Good run (quite easy). To nr. 2 had the longer forking than the runners that got back 2nd and 3rd from this leg. It probabely was that 50" that I was slower than them in total.
Regula came back 3rd and Judith went about 5' and 7' behind 2nd and 1st place. She could make up most of it and we ended up 3rd shortly behind the others - yeaaa!

Achilles tendon not too bad, but hip hurt

Note

Achilles tendon hurting. It is not really bad, but I'll try to rest as much as possible to be able to run all the courses in Finland/Sweden.
