DUO-NOL with mikee. Score-OL for 1 hour. Did a huge mistake in the beginning - both reading from the wrong control and "thinking us" on the wrong path, resulting in a parallel error. (We even discussed why all the others were heading to the left).
Nice, but I should start to train again instead of doing tough stuff.

After that my hands were very tired - knew that I would not have a chance to onsight the following routes but did them as a strength-training
(6a+), (6b), (6b), ((6a+))
Have not done Yoga, PowerYoga, Pilates or any other of those popular fitness-courses before. So did not have any idea what awaited me.
I would say quite a tough strenghts training, but mentally relaxing because all the movements are so slow. Enjoyed it!
