We went to see the World Champs relay.

We biked to Murten and had dinner there.
We went not too fast and there was not too much uphill - but still with my actual training it was a bit too much: very tired now.

3rd race of the Swiss-5-days.
Col de la Givrine. One of the nicest terrains I have ever run in.
Did a few mistakes - 2x1' to 7 and 12 - but it was a good race.
Lost my map afterwards, though its difficult to analyze.
D35 - 5/16 - winning time by Barbara Schulthess: 30:43
