@Morbier (F), O-Weekend. Went up to the nicest part of the O-Relay. Then down and a loop with a superb bike downhill (just easy enough for me). Did this loop a 2nd time.

shoes: Sarva

Short O-loop in this very nice terrain. Enjoyed it to be out in the forest again. This half hour is just what I can do @ the moment. Good streching afterwards and at least one day off running and I'm fine. Every week 10' more. When 50' are ok again, I'll finally take out the "injured-flag".

Much better. Not "Cannot go to work sick" anymore. Nevertheless took the day off because I'm sill very tired. Probabely will do some homeoffice later on - so happy that I'm allowed to do that from time to time.
