Longjog from Isenmoos (Aeschlis) with Chris, Gilbert, Heinz, Max and Brünu. Compared to other such events before, the pace was comfortable even for me. So I decided to do the whole loop.
After ~105' my knee started to hurt on the paved roads and I had to strech it several times. Then the last uphill part my muscels decided to quit their job - hard fighting.
Now my legs know what running is again ;-)
tomorrow, I'll start training again. Perhaps, it isn't a good idea to do this with a longjog with faster people than me ...
But never mind.
