Felt my hip, but not much. Made the jogging short. Afterwards no worse - thats good!

Hip does not hurt anymore - take out the injured flag.
Still no running today and tomorrow. Thursday I will try.

Feel quite good again apart from that hip - no running till it stopps to hurt + 2 days
