orienteering race 1:43:52 [4] *** 8.8 km (11:48 / km) +400m 9:37 / km
shoes: VJ integrator

Lond-distance-race with mass-start. Had a good race, but after the first half, I definitely got to suffer from the lack of training

orienteering race 20:15 [5] *** 2.5 km (8:06 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano

Simones Gold Sprint in Burgdorf - Gyrischachen.
Very good course. I had a good race, but without training, there is no chance to run fast ...

running warm up/down 40:00 [2]
shoes: Asics Kayano

From home to the competition center, then to the start, and home again after the finish

Note

6a*: onsight
6a: redpoint (could climb it, but checked out the route before)
(6a): with blocks (or toprope), but at least can do all the moves
((6a)): had to block all the time, or some moves not possible (cheated)

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

Buoux, climbed till two o clock in the afternoon. Sunny and quite warm. After that drove home (rainy and cold - want to go back)
4 rope lengths route "Marabounta"
6a*, 5b*, 5c*, 5c*
then at the upper part of the rock again:
6a*, (6a+), 6a+ the same route redpoint

Note

Rest day. Visited a couple of small, lovely villages (Louremarin and Bonnieux)

Buoux
We did "Franco Belge" a 4 rope-length route:
(6a), (6a), 5c*, 5b*
The start of the route was crazy difficult - certainely more than 6a-moves.
On the upper part of the rock, there was beautiful climbing, so we did more of it:
5c*, 5c*, 6a*

Buoux
5c*, 5c*, 5b*, (6b+) - took the wrong route, originally wanted to do a 5c, but managed to fight me up somehow (perhaps only 6b, because I left out the last two meters or so.
6a*, 5c*, (6a+), (6a+) - the same route twice, wanted to redpoint it, but was too tired actually
