orienteering race 1:07:34 [4] 5.4 km (12:31 / km) +220m 10:24 / km
shoes: VJ integrator

National event stampf. Beatiful landscape and view. Mostly open terrain and a few badly runnable forest parts. The second half of the course was technical easy but cordinatively difficult downhill running.
I made a 180 degree mistake running away from 2 and another mistake searching 3. So I had 3-4 minutes mistake to 3. Besides that, I had a good race and was happy - till reading out my SI-card. Mispunched ;-(
after the long leg - nr. 8 - I took the control a bit higher than mine. Distracted by other people and at that moment 100% sure to be at the right control, I obviously forgot to check the number.
This happens to me too often. My feeling tells me, that I check numbers in 99% of the cases, and every "not checking" results in a mispunch. But being realistic, this can't be the case. I have to reautomate my control-area-concept.

orienteering race 31:54 [5] 4.0 km (7:59 / km) +125m 6:54 / km
shoes: VJ integrator

National event Guntelsey. Very nice forest and good courses, where you had to run straight a lot. But because of the many paths, it was easy nevertheless, and too short. 18/36

Still the same: tired, but Mikee pulled me out to do anything. My foot still hurts while running

strength 30:00 [1]

Grip Board, hanging in different positions and pull ups. Core strength in between. There is nothing left from the spring strength-trainings...
