Burgdorf - Kandersteg by train. Up to Allmwnalp by cable cabin. Hiking to the climbing wall and running down in order to get the last cabin down again

Climbing at Ueschenen with Lena. Wonderful weather and beautiful rock and view. Just great. We did "Flaschenleerer", 5b, 5b, 5b, 6a. Then after a break the first two lengths of "Herbstweg": 5c+, 6a-

Jogging in Bern with Michael S. and Arthuro. First part very easy, second half of the loop with more speed (made an extra loop, and afterwards just cought up with the others back to their office.
