Burgdorf - Kirchberg - Burgdorf. For the Biennathlon in July its important to train the change from inline to running. (Mike will bike and swim, I will do the inline and running parts). At the beginning it felt strange to run after the inlining, and in the end I got tired.

Swimming is not really my favorite sports. It was too cold to do more.

Burgdorf - Büttikofen - Färnstu - Burgdorf with Mike. I feel tired, because I haven't done many trainings longer than 55 minutes lately.

Note

We helped my parents to move. So, we dit sort of a strength-training by climbing many stairs with weights.
