Did a very nice 4-pitch-route (5c, 5c+, 6a+, 6a)
almost 100m in total. Perfect rock and sunny.
Wanted to do another 6a+, had a short usually harmless fall and squeezed my foot ..,
No, climbing is not dangerous - after 22 years of climbing first injury more than scratches.

wanted to go climbing, but it was not our day.
First spot was still wet from yesterdays rain.
Then we did not find the 2nd spot.
and when we finnaly arived at a 3rd climbing rock, we ended up in the wrong route, which was way too difficult and we had to sacrifice a quickdraw.
So it was abou 4 hours biking, hiking, climbing and searching. Enjoyed the sun though ...

Napf Marathon, Team with Mikee
Mikee ran from Truebschachen up to the Napf and I run down (on different paths).
"Downhill" still was some steep climbs and more than 500m climb overall.

A lot of nice singetrails, beautyful views, sun -> a very nice event.

Very nice night-o, 2nd part in the Chollere very tricky.
Wanted to do the middle course, but they did not have enough maps, so I shortened the long one.
