climbing 1:00:00 [0]

@Magnet with Rolf
5a, 5b, 5c, 6a+*, (6b), (6b), (6a+), 5c, 5b - up, down, up
blocked only once the whole evening. Climbed till I fell.

running 1:15:00 [1] 10.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano

Very, very easy jogging. Every step is hard. At a horse farm, the farmer just let run the horses out to the field - impressing, more than 10 horses in full speed.

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

@Magnet with Mikee
4x 4c with different exercises to warm up
6a, (6b), (6a+), (6b+)

Sunday Oct 25, 2009 #

Note

Tired all the time. Dont feel ready for sports - no idea why. Ok, the season is over, so a longer brake is ok.

Sunday Oct 18, 2009 #

orienteering race 1:43:52 [4] *** 8.8 km (11:48 / km) +400m 9:37 / km
shoes: VJ integrator

Lond-distance-race with mass-start. Had a good race, but after the first half, I definitely got to suffer from the lack of training

Saturday Oct 17, 2009 #

orienteering race 20:15 [5] *** 2.5 km (8:06 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano

Simones Gold Sprint in Burgdorf - Gyrischachen.
Very good course. I had a good race, but without training, there is no chance to run fast ...

running warm up/down 40:00 [2]
shoes: Asics Kayano

From home to the competition center, then to the start, and home again after the finish

Friday Oct 16, 2009 #

Note

6a*: onsight
6a: redpoint (could climb it, but checked out the route before)
(6a): with blocks (or toprope), but at least can do all the moves
((6a)): had to block all the time, or some moves not possible (cheated)

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

Buoux, climbed till two o clock in the afternoon. Sunny and quite warm. After that drove home (rainy and cold - want to go back)
4 rope lengths route "Marabounta"
6a*, 5b*, 5c*, 5c*
then at the upper part of the rock again:
6a*, (6a+), 6a+ the same route redpoint

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

Buoux:
5c*, 6a*, 6a+*, 6a*, (6a+), ((6b)) with cheating and checking out the moves, (6b) the same route again but toprope

Wednesday Oct 14, 2009 #

Note

Rest day. Visited a couple of small, lovely villages (Louremarin and Bonnieux)

Tuesday Oct 13, 2009 #

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

Buoux
We did "Franco Belge" a 4 rope-length route:
(6a), (6a), 5c*, 5b*
The start of the route was crazy difficult - certainely more than 6a-moves.
On the upper part of the rock, there was beautiful climbing, so we did more of it:
5c*, 5c*, 6a*

Monday Oct 12, 2009 #

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

Buoux
5c*, 5c*, 5b*, (6b+) - took the wrong route, originally wanted to do a 5c, but managed to fight me up somehow (perhaps only 6b, because I left out the last two meters or so.
6a*, 5c*, (6a+), (6a+) - the same route twice, wanted to redpoint it, but was too tired actually

Sunday Oct 11, 2009 #

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

In Buoux (southern France). Good Weather during the whole week. Awesome climbing and very good food. Just how vacations should be...
Easy start at the first day:
5c*, 6a*, 6a*, (6a+) half of it, (6a+) the same route toprope

Wednesday Oct 7, 2009 #

strength 30:00 [1]

Gripboard and core exercise

Monday Oct 5, 2009 #

Note

Very tired after the two races of the weekend. Actually allready after saturday. I have a not too grave cold, and I don't feel sick either, but I feel like after an adventure race or a similar several hour event. So fighting some bazillus probabely - but for quite a long time by now.

Sunday Oct 4, 2009 #

orienteering race 1:07:34 [4] 5.4 km (12:31 / km) +220m 10:24 / km
shoes: VJ integrator

National event stampf. Beatiful landscape and view. Mostly open terrain and a few badly runnable forest parts. The second half of the course was technical easy but cordinatively difficult downhill running.
I made a 180 degree mistake running away from 2 and another mistake searching 3. So I had 3-4 minutes mistake to 3. Besides that, I had a good race and was happy - till reading out my SI-card. Mispunched ;-(
after the long leg - nr. 8 - I took the control a bit higher than mine. Distracted by other people and at that moment 100% sure to be at the right control, I obviously forgot to check the number.
This happens to me too often. My feeling tells me, that I check numbers in 99% of the cases, and every "not checking" results in a mispunch. But being realistic, this can't be the case. I have to reautomate my control-area-concept.

running warm up/down 30:00 [2] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: VJ integrator

Saturday Oct 3, 2009 #

orienteering race 31:54 [5] 4.0 km (7:59 / km) +125m 6:54 / km
shoes: VJ integrator

National event Guntelsey. Very nice forest and good courses, where you had to run straight a lot. But because of the many paths, it was easy nevertheless, and too short. 18/36

running warm up/down 25:00 [2] 4.0 km (6:15 / km)

Friday Oct 2, 2009 #

climbing 1:00:00 [0]

@Magnet with Röfe and Mikee: 5a+, 5b, 5b+, 6a, ((6a+)), 6a, 6a?, ((6a+)), 6a+
