Took the map from the 7th leg, decided where to take a shortcut and made a training. At night, I followed the paths as much as possible - this was a good strategy. Now during the training I went straight when possible - very tiring.

Pfingststaffel Chalet Pin: 2nd leg - at night 22:30.
Had a good race and could keep the time we were behind our first team the same. Only about 1', 2', 1' mistakes is good for this terrain at night.
Our first team from bussola got 10th yeaaaaah! And even my team was 37/83 even if two runners had to go to the mass start.

Went easy from the beginning with the goal to finish the race. Made quite a lot of smaller mistakes, and felt slow, but after yesterdays "desaster" had fun while orienteering again.

Suffered from headache and thurst from very early in the race. At number 13, there was still quite a distance left, and I couldn't do more than walk slowly anymore. So I stopped the race and walked to the finish.

First day of the 3 Jours Haut Jurat. Made one 2'-Mistake and some smaller ones. The race was technically ok - hope that my physical shape recovers soon...

Jura-3er-Staffel. Christoph Aeschlimann on the start (4), then me: quite easy, but made a stupid mistake and my actual shape is lousy - came in 7th. Mikee could overtake a couple of runners and safed us the 5th place. Good team result!

La Chaux-de-Fonds - saut de Doubs. Surprise weekend from Mikee. Very nice run through fields and a narrow path between the cliffs down to the waterfall. Then by boat to les Brenets and back by train. For details after the jogging, see Mikee...

Climbing in Lumignano: a nice and warm day.
Climbed the whole day in one 6c-route. In the end, one move before the end of the hardest part, I dropped out. Did it red-circle instead of red-point, but I am still happy
