Lötschentaler Höhenweg. On the map it looked like a good idea to join Chris, Trix and mikee by bike. It actually was a good idea but I don't think that I would have decided to really go when I had known in advance what was to come.

Jeizinen (1520)

-> Stafel (2320): steep, exhausting

-> Faldumalp: first part: mostly drivable, 2nd part: good path
from here I went the same route as the runners

-> Restialp: first part: nice single trail, 2nd part: carrying the bike for about 2k, motivation: very low

-> Kummenalp: nice

-> Laucherenalp: fist part: had to walk several times and asked myself why the others hadn't prewarned me, but it was only quite a short distance and from there it was very nice.
I was still about 1 hour behind the others ...

-> Tellistafel: mostly nice, last part walking

-> Fafleralp: very, very, very nice! All the negative thoughts according to this project are gone ;-)

I arrived approx. half an hour after the others.

It is such a nice weekend that we had to go to the mountains.
There are not many easy routes below 6 and the 6a's seem to be quite difficult ones as well.

Started with mikee and Christoph.
Along the Emme, Burgdorf - Kirchberg - Burgdorf with one extra loop.
5x1k (5'/k) with breaks 3' and some streching.
The heart rate measured is probably mikees ;-)

National race Säntisalp; D35 (15/30)
a lot of swamps and otherwise very muddy, so that the swamps felt even better runable. For me it was a fight from the beginning and I did not like it as much as yesterday. Technically ok again.

The race was ok. 1' to nr. 3 and a "creative" route choice to the last control which cost me 30" and one place.
A lot of mud everywhere, but I liked the terrain.

Swiss Marathon light = half marathon around the Sarnersee.
category: 46/109; (306/846 overall)
Could run a constant pace and felt good. The last kilometers my problematic muscels (somewhere between hamstrings and hip) started to hurt, but I was too close to the finish to stop. Hope I can walk again tomorrow.
