sat XC.
went out too hard. was with the winner untill about 2k. then dropped. rob took me at three. i accedentaly stopped my watch and it said i was doing3:40k/min so i thought yep pace is fine...for about 2k then realised that it was stopped. started it again and found out i was actually doing 4:20

good ride. round the 2 bridges a few times.
really nice.
max speed was 60kph down hill

was aiming to join with the running group for this but i couldnt find them.. so had to do them on my own at AIS track.
