Can anybody explain why you go on holiday for 5 weeks, dont train at all, eat kilos of MSG and fish oil and everything is deep fried or mi goreng, and you come back, ride up mt ainslie, and are only about 30 seconds slower than usual, and even have the same time as some rides during pre holiday??????
