Injured. Pulled something @ the piriformis pretty badly when I fell yesterday.
Hobbled 1 mile to the Bowl and back.

Mtn. biked an hour+ around Kenwood, Woodland, Hartley. Mostly roads, but some trail. Didn't hurt the leg at all.
