Felt like going out for a bit and getting some strength in. Went around the parking garage which was really nice. Technique is getting pretty good, especially considering I have only been going out once a week. I may start going more, though.

New shoes seem to be doing alright.

My calves were shot today, but they seemed alright running. I am still a bit tired from yesterday, though, and the thought of running for an hour didn't sit well. I opted for a shorter easier run and ended up running with some guy named Steve. We had a good run and talked a whole lot about running shoes, technique, and nutrition. He seemed like someone who may like O so I may run it by him if we ever end up in the same group again.
