The miles were slower than last time, but the 800s didn't drop like they did. I'm definitely upset about the miles, but the 800s made me feel a bit better, but still not great... the 200s were a lot better this time, though, and I was only taking 1 min rest. Idk what I did last time, but I was definitely better about resting. For the most part, I was taking a few seconds less rest each time.
