Started running home after Ultimate but had some discomfort so I was quite glad when my brother pulled over.

Good game. Managed to stay in for most of the game. Had a few good plays, 1or 2 points. Did miss a few catches though... But I'm sure the highlight of the game was my collision with my brother.

Really good race. Went out hard and was able to maintain it for the duration of the race. A few small bobbles. Notably 7 and 14. Very satisfied with my run, though.

I told mike that I thought I could run faster than he could bike on the trails. That made for a good run! We weren't really racing until the last 5 min when we both got going really fast. He abd I both left the trail and cut straight through the open woods (he's on a bike) he passed me 100m from the trail head... Just because it was a slight downhill...
