Good abd bad run. Good because I was running a whole minute/mile faster than I felt I was. Bad because I felt like crap near the very end and had to slow down. It wasn't because I was tired, but more due to the yogurt I ate an hour before the run.

Score-O in concord. Did well, but definitely not the optimal route. I had 10 extra minutes and might have been able to get the last four, but I was ready to be done. Distance is my track, not straight line.
