Straight Line distance. Actual course distance (SL) was 3.93k so I managed to run 10 seconds under 10min/k. The green was definitely green in most places (prickers etc.) so this training ended up being a lot like the Denmark training. Hard on trails, fight your way in and out, trails again. For the most part, though, the woods were really nice. I definitely could have pushed harder.
