First lunchtime jog! Along Paramatta river to Paramatta park and return - not bad, and I felt kind of ok.

Back still not so good but it loosened up a little when I was running. I think it’s a combo of sitting all day and a little bit of stress. I needed this jog!

A little morning run with Mum. Had an awful sore throat yesterday but it wasn’t too bad today. Hot as even at 8.30!
