Morning easy jog. Still feeling a little gross, and a little flat this morning too. The cold air definitely didn't do me any favours and the cough made a bit of a return when I got home. Hopefully still well on the mend.

Just core post run. The coughing stopped me doing much more but I guess probably made it super effective!

Nothing sadder than when your attackpoint log disappears :( By all means am not 100% yet and I felt like Bambi on ice but man it was good to jog. One day of antibiotics to go for the chest and my other sinus type cold seems to deal well when I walk to clear my head a bit. Hopefully by the end of the week i'll be properly back at it!
