New favourite hills session I think!
4x 60sec, 4x 45sec, 4x 30sec, 4x 15sec with run down recoveries. Mentally a really good one to push hard I felt, you can smash yourself in each set of four knowing that they all get shorter after! Pleased with it today too, I was getting further than I have before on the 60 seconders and was pretty consistent. Good day!
