Running 25:00 [3]

14min ish warm up and 11ish warm down.

Running (Newy Parkrun) 21:16 [3]

Felt so awful in the stomach in the warm up so surprised to have gone alright today. Lost the pace a little just after the turn around and a bit before the 4km mark but it's like a 20second pb apparently so can't complain. Slightly misjudged my ability at the start line though and got very stuck behind some prams and younger kids. Very pretty morning today!

Strength + Conditioning 45:00 [3]

Pre-breaky strength from home because apparently 'the ground was too wet' to do it last night with netball... ;)

Running 26:20 [3]

Followed by a jog. Was always going to be a short one before uni but i got swooped at the start and had to cut the distance to come a different way home. There were birds everywhere this morning, absolutely terrifying!

cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Got absolutely soaked on the way to uni and had wet shoes and feet for hours so was pretty happy to train indoors. 20min warm up, 5x 4/1, 15min warm at the forum. Worked hard. Had a perfect song come on for the last interval and it ended just as I got to the 4min mark, best thing that happened all day.

Netball 30:00 [3]

A good hour of netball with the team to make up for the bye this week. Some drills and then a half court game and then a burger! Niiiiiice :)

Running 46:06 [3] 9.02 km (5:07 / km) +120m 4:48 / km

First streeto back! A change of paper meant my highlighter wouldn't work, and after all these years of perfecting the least annoying tactic to answer multiple choice questions on the run i had to change my ways and use a pen - controversial! Actually enjoyed being back at it though, didn't have the greatest points to km ratio as I went a long way around a green patch instead of being ruthless enough to go through, but it didn't go tooooo bad!

Running 50:00 [3]

Legs didn't feel quite recovered enough for tuesday ints. Nice morning yog at Walka, super dodgy in the beginning but enjoyed it when I warmed up. Actually felt kinda spritely at the end!

Strength + Conditioning (Yoga) 1:00:00 [3]

A treat as always.

Nothing but a wander to work, glutes and shins are feeling yesterday a bit!

Running race (iTrail Glenrock) 1:29:07 [3]

Struggle street from as early as 4/5km in after the sand running and the first tough climb. Felt alot better on the next climb up from the scout camp after having run on a bit of flat grass but my legs didn't have enough in them to speed up at all on the fire trail after that. The climbs at the end well and truly got me but somehow I managed to snag a second place in the women! Wishing I hadn't been quite so pathetic at times out there but it can only improve, plus my legs were sore getting out of bed this morning so I hadn't really set myself up for a ripper... Rob smashed it and got second, and conveniently we both had our Stingers singlets on for a nice little photo opportunity. His hair looked fabulous on the podium.
