Threshold intervals, 3min, 5, 7, 5, 3, 5 with 1.30 recovery. Still feel like a bit of a rookie and had no idea how fast to run and all of that, but i had a guy to run with tonight and it kept us both going which was good. Actually kind of happy with how i felt tonight! Didn't feel fast but strong enough in the legs to not fatigue too much which is a nice change. The 7min effort was a bit slower but it also included the two biggest hills so i think im ok with it!
