Cycle class in an attempt to let the blisters heal a bit before a long run tomorrow, hopefully. Twas tough!

First time with the new orthotics and i got blisters in the arches of my feet... Not ideal. And not too sure what to do as far as running goes tomorrow now, kind of a tough thing to heal.

Considered a swim but the walk home was enough to stretch out the legs and i just did some strength. It was a long few hours at uni doing a group assignment... I got my new orthotics today though woo!

Once again rather late... Did the flatter section first and tried to push quite hard so i slowed down more than i would've like on the hills at the end unfortunately. I feel like it's probably going to continue to be that I either end up with a good amount of points or i run a good distance, so i think i'm alright sacrificing my points at the moment aha. Hamstrings are still really sore from monday!

Considered running home from the gym but i didnt know how dark it'd be so opted for the cycle instead. It was tough!!!

Mum and i went visiting family in Coffs this weekend so i was lucky to get even this in. I ran to meet everyone else at the beach for a walk, nice to run somewhere so different! :) Pretty exhausting weekend even though i didnt get much training in
