Easy run around home with mum going up as many hills as possible. Loved the down hills ;)

Running hills 50:00 [3]

18min warm up

3 sets of 5x20sec hills, jog down recovery. The first one of each set felt so much easier than the rest of them... pushed pretty hard though, and tried to still have an ok style when i was getting super tired.

10min warm down, preeeeeetty nice to get home and sit out in the sun for a bit before work :)

Running 42:00 [3]

About a 14min warm up and 10 warm down.

Then 100, 200, 300, 400 with 1min between each and then back down. The air was pretty icy this morning! Happy with how i went though, especially considering the pretty strong headwind i ended up with on every interval. Primary school kids started turning up in the warm down for their athletics carnival, pretty glad i went so early aha.

It was like an intervals cycle class tonight, 7 sets of 20 on 10 off, 30 seconds between. At least i think thats what it was aha. Really good!

At the foreshore, it was super cold and windy and we were going straight into the wind for a good 10minutes.

Got a tad cold so we just did a good abs session and called it a night.

Orienteering 1:12:56 [3]

Training out at Southams Road with mum and Angus, set by Josh. Really good training, the bush was super nice to run through and i've redeemed a bit of confidence in my navigation and running ability from last weekend thankgoodness. Straight back to watch the rest of Jukola! :)
