Soooooo not a fan of a 15 minuteish warm up around a track, dizzy stuff! Then a three lap warm down.

Intervals at Glendale with Macey and Angus, and coach Josh on the sideline.
I did 4 sets of 200m, 200m, 400m. 30 seconds in between runs and 3 minutes in between sets. Then josh got me to do some running drills after because i look like 'a massive spastic running'. Just some high knees and bum kicks and lunges etc, but i honestly was starting to get tingling toes because i could not for the life of me make my legs move faster no matter how hard i tried, the most frustrating thing everrrrr! Anyway my hamstrings are not feeling brilliant still, and after today my hip flexers are feeling pretty tight too so maybe just like a swim would be nice for tomorrow i think...
