Pretty alright streeto run :) my arms and shoulders were legitimately hurting more than my legs for the entire run though, who knew 2kg weights would do me so much harm... Aha. Went for a little jog with josh and tazza after too to warm up again, twas nice and cold for running :)

12 min warm up
5 X 60 sec hill intervals with 1:30 recovery jogging back down. Pretty happy with how i went too, i was getting to the same place each time which was good.
13 minute warm down around the rest of the lake.
Kazza and i went for a hit of tennis. I honestly got worse throughout the hour, super glad it was just mum and i because it could've been a pretty embarrassing day for myself. We pretty much end up playing over two courts because neither of us can really aim so it was pretty exhausting!
Long run at Glenrock with the company of Josh and Macey. I felt a tad guilty they had to run at my pace but they saaaaaid it didn't matter. I had a nice stack after only 4 minutes and it was a bit warm again, but i really enjoyed running there! Shame i'd get lost if i ever went by myself... aha.
