Strength + Conditioning 30:00 [3]

I was struggling so bad with energy levels all arvo after work. A bit of a walk jog followed by this was sadly all i could manage in the heat...

Running 27:18 [3]

I was just not feeling it but i had to make myself because I'm not going to get to train tomorrow (or want to ahaha). So it's a little session, 6x1 minute efforts with 1 minute in between mid run.

Street Orienteering 46:37 [3]

A shocker in terms of points, in the 2 minutes planning i drew roughly where i thought i'd go but then turns out a path stopped just before it got to the houses and i didn't notice until i got there. So then had an extra hill and a whole lot of time was wasted. I lost another minute later on too because i couldn't get through the white patch behind the houses. But i there was a fair few hills and I think i went alright with them so there's a positive!

Had a good chuckle to myself when the instructor and one of the other guys in the room started singing along with the music. Relatively good class though otherwise aha.

Got to test out my new watch!!!! :D I love it so much it'll almost make running fun again ;)

Run followed by strength in Spears Point Park. The sun looked pretty brilliant!

Running 58:37 [3]

Run around the trails at blue gum hills with a map once dad handed it over because he realised he couldn't see tracks without his glasses. Probably not so necessary for my kind of first longer run to be quite so hilly, the start kind of killed my confidence, but i made it i guess yay. The tracks were nice and shaded too thank goodness, i'm just super thirsty like all the time though!

Also whoever it was at the 5-days that told me cicada's wee on people, i was a lot happier beforehand when i thought it was just rain or sweat...
