Running intervals 55:00 [3]
Good to be back into real intervals again i guess!
3 lap warm up, then 6x800m intervals not quite full pace. Recovery was 200m walk and 200m jog. And then a warm down with kazza.
Poor dad copped it a bit today though, i was in a bit of a mood because of frustration with uni preferences. Finding new courses to consider 24 hours before i have to finalise them is not a good timeā¦ And that along with the heat meant i was just a massive pain to coach hahah oopsssss :|
