Not real well :(
I was off school yesterday with a cold and went in this morning thinking I should just tough it out but i'm home already, feel super dizzy and stuff :| Hopefully its just a day or two thing so i can get back training.

Warm up/down 18:00 [3]

3 lap warm up, 2 lap warm down and drills.

Running intervals 10:00 [3]

I waited around after the athletics carnival where i had spent almost the whole day making sausage sandwiches so i felt a tad ill, but it was my last ever carnival! :')
I did 100, 200, 300, 300, 200, 100, and had equal recovery after each. Tried to make sure i lifted my knees, and i don't really know if i was all that successful but i did feel faster :P

Orienteering race (Long Champs.) 1:12:30 [3] 7.0 km (10:21 / km)

I really enjoyed the map! Unfortunately i lost about 6 minutes on control 2; i was l messing around near number 3 for a while before I found the control and realised what i had done. Then i was a tad hesitant on 4 but it was a tough control anyway, and then I didn't really make another real mistake until number 12 where i stopped too high on the hill. Other than that i think i was trying to make sure of exactly where i was a bit too much, which i guess could've been a good thing and the reason for not a larger mistake but it definitely slowed me down.
