Park Orienteering 34:45 [3]

Kind of got off to a bad start... It took us an hour and 15 minutes to get there and it's normally a 30 minute trip. So that meant i just got there and ran straight away because we were late. The map was double sided so i got a tad confused because i was originally looking at the wrong side, and then i flipped it over and was like "ok the top of the numbers is north, just go!" having only looked at number one which is pretty much a straight line... So i did a complete 180 which was fab. But i realised, and then my navigation was pretty good for the rest of it. So so so slippery in places too! A nice run though :)

Strength + Conditioning 30:00 [3]

Core work with Alexander, my goodness it hurt. My bum is still sore from the intervals so the exercises just hurt that much more. I feel so good now :)

Netball 40:00 [3]

Sooooo much fun!! I played GD for the first three quarters, and then GK for the last one in my friends mums team. I felt pretty useless as GK, they use the nets so often and it feels like they're cheating because it's just impossible to defend. But when i was running around more as GD i actually got some alright touches :)

Warm up/down 11:00 [3]

Two laps and run-throughs with the ladder etc.

Running 28:00 [3]

4 x 800m's on a 7 minute cycle. The first lap for them all was pretty decent and the time was down at about 4 minute km's where we wanted, but i slowed down so so so so so so much in the second lap for them all. Plus the last one was 10 seconds slower than the first one i did, so i definitely felt it! I suppose it was pretty pleasing that my heart rate got up where it should've been, and i got through it all when it was super hot.

Warm Down 13:00 [3]

A lap, drills and then some with the weights - my arms are so weak! My legs seem to be worst of all in the warm downs, i hadn't felt it before that at all.
