Park Orienteering (Relay) 1:00:34 [3] 7.3 mi (8:18 / mi)

I didn't know my individual times so this is the accumulative one from both course A and B.
I had long B first - 3.2km. My navigation was fine and all, but it did not go well for my legs - i was in a fair bit of pain :(
Then was long A - 4.2km. I was dreading it to be honest, but it was so much less demanding physically, which was super for me because my legs coped well. So strange!

Night Orienteering 37:29 [3]

Rhiana and I did the night course together because we knew only one of our times counted, and night events are so much more fun with someone else!! It wasn't as though we slacked off though, and we had an awesome system with the map reading and the ay-ups :)

Park Orienteering 26:56 [3] 5.0 km (5:23 / km)

Park-o number 1 - Stevenson Park.
It was throughout streets and then across ovals so it was kind of frustrating to see exactly where you had to go. My navigation was fine though, and i felt like i had pretty good speed at the start i just got exhausted throughout. I didn't have any pain in my legs, but my feet were both numb at the end :(

Running 30:00 [3]

As soon as i had finished putting my shoes on it started to rain, which was just tops! It was kinda nice in the rain though. I did a 12 minute run around and down to the flat bottom section where i did my 5 efforts. I was happy with them today, they hardly dropped below 4 minute kms :) I could feel where i had hit my knee on sunday though! Then a warm down, which unfortunately was a tad painful on my lower legs again... However once i had walked and made it ease off i could start running again with no troubles.

Orienteering 38:22 [3]

A Middle distance course set by Macey at Stanford Scrubs. I cut mine off and it ended up being around 4km. Navigation was just alright too, much better in the second half and i think this was because i was just a lot surer of where i was in the circles.
And although the course was great, the spders and motorbike riders really weren't fun at all. I literally felt sick from the spiders :S

Orienteering 23:17 [3]

Set by Macey again at Stanford Scrubs, but this time a sprint distance. I ended up doing about 2.8km. Much much better at the start of this course, however it got pretty tricky towards the end and i stopped concentrating as much, which was probably because i was terrified of being run over my a motorbike rider. Not as many spiders this time though! :D
