I have no idea how long i ended up running for but mum and i jogged down to the flat section, i then did the 5 x 1 min efforts and then walked home. I felt sooooo awful, and sick. The heat didn't help i don't think. But it was a good session to do because it was hard but short, which i needed!

Street Orienteering 47:48 [3]

I have a feeling i had bad route choice but a lot of the points were on the hillier section of the map and i wanted to make sure i ran for the whole 45 minutes with little pain so i avoided that area. I got soooo soaked, but it was a really nice temperature for running. Its just always a pain to answer the questions in the rain.

Central Coast street event.
I'm pretty sure i had bad route choice because i got caught in one spot and had to go all the way around because i couldn't get through. Then i stuffed around trying to find one of them further in the bush than i needed to be. So in the end i was super late but it doesn't really bother me because it was a good training run. It wasn't too hilly either so it was pretty good for my legs.
