Running 30:00 [3]

A 10 minute jog around to start with.
Then 5 x 1 minute efforts with 1 minute jog/walk in between.
And a 10 minute jog around afterwards. I had to walk up the hills unfortunately, the legs hurt :(

cycling 45:00 [3]

Cycle class at the gym.

The instructor frustrated me like crazy! She would turn down her resistance a good 5-10 seconds before she would tell us to, and she chose songs with an absolute impossible beat to cycle to no matter how much resistance you had on your bike and then would say "don't slack off, keep with the beat!" gahhhh! haha
I worked hard though :)

Strength + Conditioning 30:00 [3]

I got back too late to be able to go for a run so pistes it was. The man always says how it'll feel easier each time, He lies!

Street Orienteering 44:20 [3]

I got absolutely soaked, but i thoroughly enjoyed it :) And it was a bonus that there was only one contour on the map! I had bad route choice and ran out of points to get on the way home, but i didn't really care about that. My legs were fine :D

Tennis 1:30:00 [3]

With a heap of my friends, two of which are actually awesome at tennis and had pro shoes and everything, so it was pretty annoying that they could actually aim where they wanted the ball to go and made you run everywhere. I on the other hand was awful, so i liked it when we played doubles because it was a given i had one of them on my team :P
