Anyway we were out there for a fair bit longer but there were some hills and my legs were not good at all unfortunately :( So we did a fair bit of just walking.

Took my legs a fair while to warm up after yesterday, i was feeling it. And then when i did get warmed up i started to get pains in my leg which was not fun.
15 x 200m's, one every 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Pretty stuffed after! The aim was to get them all under 48 seconds, and it ended up that they were all under 46 :)

A lap and then weight drills. I'm just so weak!! haha
Rhiana and I had a game of tennis. So much fun! We were the only ones there for majority of it too so if one of us hit an awful shot we'd just change courts and follow the ball - it turned out to be pretty exhausting!
