Running 12:00 [3]

Gahh, just went out to see how my legs were because if they hurt like the day before i wouldn't be doing the turkey trot. They did. :(

Running 20:59 [3]

I went out on a run with dad and made him up it short :( My calf muscles were hurting heaps, and then my feet were hurting. Had to walk a bit. It wasn't great.

Park Orienteering (ANU) 26:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:12 / km)

Three small loops, it was so much fun! I stuffed up the second one though - at number 1 i read the wrong control number and got confused, then started running to number 3 instead of 2, then i did the same thing with the control number at number 3 which made me confused too. But on the other 2 loops i felt like i was orienteering well. Shea can run fast!

Orienteering (Timber Tops.) 40:00 [3]

Map Memory with Sally-Anne. I made one error, i just got drifted up into the wrong watercourse, nothin big though. I think my heart beat the fastest it has ever had to beat while orienteering today. I got so so so so so scared when we saw glen and huon being chased. I made sally sprint with me all the way to the next control. Now i think of it it was pretty funny, it would've been so good to get on camera!

Orienteering (Timber Tops.) 23:58 [3]

Oranges and Lemons.
I enjoyed it. Started first with Glen. I think i should've gone to D instead of E in the second Lemon or whatever, but it didn't make too much of a difference. Towards the end i made a couple of small mistakes just in the open.

Orienteering (Kowen Forrest East.) 1:00:00 [3]

This exercise was so good i thought. Michele and i were paired together and one had a contoured map while the other had the other map. I preffered to have the contoured one, however in some spots the other map had all the information you needed really. Very enjoyable.

Orienteering (Kowen Forrest East.) 26:28 [3]

Odds and Evens.
Even though it was extremely frustrating, i thought this was so much fun! I went to all of them except the one you had to run past at the end anyway. It was sso annoying att the start because it seemed like all the ones i went to were even! Heaps of fun :)

Orienteering (Sydney Series) 41:23 [3]

Rhiana, Sally-Anne, and I all started at the same time. It was a suggestion so it would be like a relay because we don't get much practice. The first couple of controls i just didn't get it, all the tracks and stuff confused me a little. Then i got into it a bit better. It was enjoyable.
