Just a jog on the treadmil before the cycle class. I felt really good :)

yes, this is where my legs started to get a fair bit sore! It was an enjoyable class, the lady that taked it is good. I had a good time.

It was pretty good. The guy that takes the Tuesday ones is getting better - he can count in time now!! it was pretty funny because mum had her chair on 4 and I had mine on 8, haha. Had fun

Oh my gosh! It's a little embarrassing that I am in so much pain during a 15 minute class, but it hurts so much!! I feel good now though :)

Running 39:02 [3]

Mother and i went for a run when josh did his training. I went because she asked and it is Mothers Day :P It was pretty good. We had to stop because of my calf muscles twice i think, my feet went numb. The track was really bumpy, it would've been so much fun on my bike!!
