Running race (Newcastle cross-country) 14:00 [4] 2.9 km (4:50 / km)

Glad i went. It was at Ash Island. I did the short. We had to start at go because we only just registered. I felt alright, except for the end bits. I started to feel a bit sick. Legs weren't too much of a problem because it was just flat. But it was hard to run at times, on the gravel it was kind of like running on sand for some bits of it!

Warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Warm up with mother. Warm down with glenness. Knees were a tad sore in the warm down because they had cooled down already.

Stretching 5:00 [3]

A stretch after the warm down. I was scared to sit down because there were holes in the ground and i thought there would be millions of spiders crawling around.

Just a short loop around ashtonfield with mum. It was getting heaps dark so we didn't do a long one. I didn't feel to bad. Tried to sprint up the last hill to home, it was good.

Stretching 15:00 [1]

I've been feeling so tight lately so today i took the time to do a good stretch after my run. It felt good. I'm getting less and less flexible though :(

I navigated well today, i only made one mistake and that was to control number 1. Except from number 11 onwards i felt so sick! It was horrible!! I fully stopped and sat down twice because i felt so sick in the stomach, i was shaking too. It slowed me down heaps. I felt fine after though, which was so annoying!
