Orienteering (Contours only course) 40:00 [4] 3.7 mi (10:49 / mi)

A contours only course. It was pretty steep. I stuffed up number 4, don't know why because i knew i had to go right, yet i went left ? And then i stuffed up the finish too. Pretty silly, but i learnt.

Orienteering (Bruce ridge) 33:54 [4] 3.4 mi (9:58 / mi)

A relay type course. It was steep once again, it was hard to get myself to keep going up the hills. It was a much better course by me than this mornings-i didn't make mistakes :)

Warm up/down 20:00 [3]

We ran to the start of the exercises, and then michele and i warmed down after the second one.

Street Orienteering 34:41 [3]

Mum and i got a map of ashtonfield and metford and drew some circles to visit again. It was good fun, josh rode around with us too. My legs needed a good stretch afterwards. :)

I worked really hard tonight. It was a good class. I was on the end though and the fan didn't reach me so it got really hot.

Orienteering race (Rural Acres.) 45:27 [3] 3.9 km (11:39 / km)

I did the short red. It was a good event, i really liked the map and course. Thanks dad :) I only made a mistake on the first control. And i tried to run fast. I wish i got closer to 10minute km's though.

Orienteering (Rural Acres) 36:26 [3] 2.5 km (14:34 / km)

Angus and i just went out on a short orange. We just walked and jogged. But we did map memory. It was good fun :)
